Contextual Influences in Art and Design: Vee gee bee exhibition. Visit 1

This was my first visit, along with me were my class mates Nicolette and Natalya. This was a small exhibition but had lots of good work. One artist that caught my eyes was Joseph Paul Cassar, for me he's the one who stood out. I think because of the way he presents and do his work. Mr. Cassar's work include lots of people, characters and it's nice the way he draws them.

His work is scruffy in a good way, this style I really like. You can see the details and the emotion.
Below are 5 photos of his work which I really liked. Lots of lines and few space, contrast between paper and charcoal. In all of the paintings form and shape stood out.
